As of 1 January 2021, the UK is outside the EU Single Market and Customs Union.
While a Trade and Cooperation Agreement between the EU and UK is in place, the seamless EU-UK trade that existed before 1 January 2021 has ended. Traders must now adapt to these new conditions.
